Craggy Park is a low-impact development, featuring streamside trails, mature trees, and community gathering spaces.

Welcome to Craggy Park. Our design philosophy of clustering homes and providing ample common space allows us to create a park-like setting for our residents. Phase 1 (18 homes already sold) and Phase 2 (selling as homes become ready) are connected by our neighborhood park. Our park includes a nature trail with benches, a lawn by the stream, a little free-library, a tree house, an over-sized double swing, organic gardens, a fire pit, and a picnic area with a community grill. There is also direct access to Falconhurst Preserve, 8 acres of city-owned land in conservation easement with walking trails. In the works is a connection to the future Smith Mill Creek Greenway which will eventually connect to the city’s larger greenway system, allowing residents at Craggy Park to have direct Greenway Access.
